A Pomodoro timer helps you focus by working in short, timed sessions separated by breaks. Start the timer, work until it rings, then take a break — after four focus sessions you get a longer break. Durations are adjustable and everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

How to use

  1. Press Start to begin a focus session.
  2. Work until the timer ends, then let the break run automatically.
  3. Adjust the focus and break lengths in settings if you like.

How it works

The Pomodoro Technique breaks work into focused intervals — traditionally 25 minutes — each followed by a short break of about 5 minutes. After four focus sessions you take a longer break of around 15 minutes. This rhythm helps maintain concentration while preventing burnout. The timer cycles through these phases for you and counts how many focus sessions you complete.
