Rotate and rearrange the pages of a PDF, then save a clean new file. Turn individual pages 90 degrees, rotate the whole document at once, and move pages up or down. Everything runs in your browser using a local PDF engine, so your document is never uploaded.
How to use
- Choose a PDF; its pages are listed once it loads.
- Rotate pages left or right, or move them up and down to reorder.
- Click save to download a new PDF with your changes.
How it works
A local PDF library reads your file and lets you set a rotation for each page and a new page order. When you save, it copies the pages into a fresh document in your chosen order and applies each rotation on top of the page's existing orientation. The original file stays untouched.

Notes
- Everything happens on your device; your PDF is never uploaded.
- Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked before editing.
- Very large files may take a moment and are limited to 100 MB.
- The original PDF is not modified; a new file is downloaded.
FAQ
- Are the rotations saved into the file?
- Yes. When you save, each page's rotation is written into the new PDF, so it opens correctly everywhere.
- Can I reorder as well as rotate?
- Yes. Move pages up or down to change their order, rotate them, then save — both changes are applied together.
- What about password-protected PDFs?
- Encrypted PDFs cannot be edited directly. Remove the password first, then rotate and reorder the unlocked file.
- Is my PDF uploaded?
- No. The PDF is processed entirely in your browser using a local engine and never leaves your device.
- Will it reduce quality?
- No. Rotating and reordering keep the original page content; only orientation and order change.
