Enter how far you ran and how long it took, and this calculator gives your pace per kilometer and per mile, your average speed, and predicted finish times for a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and full marathon at the same pace. Everything is calculated in your browser.
How to use
- Enter the distance in kilometers.
- Enter the time as hours, minutes, and seconds.
- Read your pace, speed, and predicted race times.
How it works
Pace is the time divided by the distance, so a 50-minute 10K is a 5:00 per-kilometer pace. The per-mile pace converts the distance to miles first, and speed is distance over time expressed as km/h. Predicted race times assume you hold the same pace, so they multiply your per-kilometer pace by each race distance — a useful target, though real races vary with terrain and fatigue.

FAQ
- How is pace calculated?
- Pace is your time divided by the distance. A 50-minute 10K is a 5:00 per-kilometer pace.
- How accurate are the race predictions?
- They assume you hold the same pace. Real races vary with terrain, weather, and fatigue, so treat them as targets.
- Can I see miles too?
- Yes. The calculator shows pace per kilometer and per mile, plus speed in km/h.
- What do I enter for time?
- Hours, minutes, and seconds. Leave hours at zero for shorter runs.
- Is my data uploaded?
- No. Every calculation happens in your browser and nothing leaves your device.
